Our Pride, Our Strength

Both horses are Tennessee Walking Horses, this breed was developed in the 18th century from a variety of breeds and became a general-purpose working horse.

Angel is my 21-year-old mare. She is honest in her assessment and to the point. She is kind, gentle, and an incredible caretaker. I have many stores of this wonderful spirit and love her like family. She carries lots of wisdom and intelligence.

Patriot was my new horse in August of 2018.  I had him for two weeks and he had severe colic and required surgery. I am humbled by how gentle and patient he was with all the walking, examinations, trailer ride 90 miles away to the nearest equine hospital. Patriot wants to please and just be close and curious. Also, his other motive is to see you have a treat. He is healed and ready to coach and support you in your quest.

Every horse has their unique personality and wisdom to share if we choose to listen.

Our most recent addition to our herd is Mae, who is a 16 year old quarter horse, rescued from a kill lot.  She has had many challenges but continues to want us on our journey.
